1. General Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns on any items once they have been delivered. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at pavesan@innoeco.solutions / +27842993151 before the product has been dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Delivery Fee: If the product has already been dispatched, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at pavesan@innoeco.solutions. Include:
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
Clear photographs showing the issue with the product.
We will assess your claim and may request additional information if necessary.
4. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements for damaged or defective products are provided at our discretion after a thorough assessment of your claim. We reserve the right to:
Offer a replacement product of the same value.
Refund the purchase price of the defective product.
