Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on any items once they have been delivered. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@innoeco.solutions before the product has been dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Delivery Fee: If the product has already been dispatched, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at support@innoeco.solutions.

4. Refunds and Replacements
