Our analytical suite is designed to answer critical questions about your product's current state: Identification & Quantification: Determining exactly what is in a sample (from unknown contaminants to trace elements) and measuring precise concentrations of active ingredients. Deformulation & Comparison: Breaking down complex commercial recipes for complete compositional analysis, and comparing different batches to isolate the root cause of performance variations. Property Testing: Measuring specific physical and chemical behaviors, such as melt points, release rates, and conductivity, to ensure materials perform as expected. Process Development & Engineering We bridge the gap between benchtop science and commercial manufacturing. Specializing in both organic and inorganic chemical processes, we offer advanced expertise in emulsion science, recrystallization, drying, granulating, and flow optimization. We support every stage of the manufacturing lifecycle: Proof of Concept & Synthesis: Developing stable formulations, emulsions, and initial synthesis routes for novel materials and active ingredients. Process Optimization: Enhancing existing processes to improve product purity, stability, shelf-life, and physical handling (e.g., turning clumping powders into free-flowing granules). Scale-Up & Tech Transfer: Translating successful lab-scale recipes into efficient, safe, and commercially viable pilot or full-scale manufacturing processes. Process Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and remediating failing or inconsistent production lines, resolving issues like equipment blockages, poor yields, or phase separation.
