We will kick off promptly with a 60-minute, all-levels Pilates flow to awaken the body and boost circulation. Immediately following the flow, our Innoeco clinical experts will lead a 60-minute hands-on Masterclass, teaching you the science of layering and how to maximize your daily skincare routine. How to Prepare: Attire: Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing that you can easily move and stretch in.
